It is the dream of many people to one day self build and construct their own home. Now you can experience the satisfaction (on a smaller scale!) with the Aedes Ars Brick Kit.
The kit comes complete with all the necessary material, including a template cardboard structure, the 1,700 ceramic pieces needed (mainly stones and roof tiles), the glue, a general recommendations sheet, specific instructions based on a photographic sequence and some materials for model decorations. Simply follow the plans and before too long you will have a little house, which is also surprisingly strong, to admire.
This is one of those toys that suits all ages and encourages and develops many skills. It will entertain and educate and lasts forever.
And for those who have some design skills and a little imagination, why not try building a scale model of your own house. Use Teifoc mortar (which dissolves in water) and if it doesn't work out, dissolve the cement and try again!
