The best puzzles are always the ones which look easy but prove otherwise after a couple of hours fruitless brain scratching. And this 36 cube towering enigma is a great example.
This multi award winning puzzle is a 3D take on Sudoku, and will have you hooked in seconds, infuriated for hours and obsessed until you finally crack it - if you ever do.
Start by removing the towers from the base (that's the easy part!). Your goal is to then place all 36 towers following two simple rules: there must be only one of each coloured tower in every row and column, and the towers must fit into the base to form a perfect cube with all the towers being the same height. Sounds simple but the coloured towers vary in height, as do the bits on the base!
